It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of women who have delivered a premature baby in the past , reduce risk of preterm birth. It has some side effects such as Itching,Diarrhea,Blood clots,Bruising or a hard bump at the injection site. The salts Hydroxyprogesterone are involved in the preparation of Uniprogestin Injection.
