Telma Ct Forte Tablet is a Tablet manufactured by GLENMARK PHARMA. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of heart attack , edema, diabetes insipidus. It has some side effects such as Abnormal blood counts,Abnormal liver function,Abnormally high level of uric acid in blood,Abnormally high level of glucose in urine. The salts Chlorthalidone, Telmisartan are involved in the preparation of Telma Ct Forte Tablet.
