Saicold DM Syrup is a Syrup manufactured by MARSAI PHARMA. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of breathing problems, back pain, bronchitis . It has some side effects such as Abdominal pain,Anaphylactic reactions which may manifest as sudden,Allergic reactions,Ataxia. The salts Ammonium Chloride, Bromhexine, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Menthol, Phenylephrine are involved in the preparation of Saicold DM Syrup.
