Pantagut Dm Tablet is a Tablet manufactured by SYMBIOTIC DRUGS. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of belching and heavy bloating, back flow of acid from stomach, difficulty in swallowing . It has some side effects such as Abnormal heart rhythm,Abnormal milk discharge from breast,Arrhythmias,Atrophic gastritis. The salts Domperidone, Pantoprazole are involved in the preparation of Pantagut Dm Tablet.
