It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of paralytic ileus , antagonist to non-depolarizing neuromuscular blockade, myasthenia gravis. It has some side effects such as Myasthenia gravis,Cough with muscle,Vomiting,Extreme muscle weakness.
