Mp4 Syrup is a Syrup manufactured by MADHAV BIOTECH. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of anaphylactic shock , allergies due to food, acidity. It has some side effects such as Acute renal tubular necrosis,Allergic reactions,Abnormalities of blood cells,Acute toxicity. The salts Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Paracetamol, Phenylpropanolamine, Sodium Citrate are involved in the preparation of Mp4 Syrup.
