Moisturex Soft Cream is a Cream manufactured by Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of Skin disorders, Hemolysis, painful anus, Painful rectum, Lactic acidosis. It has some side effects such as Mild itching, burning, Irritation, Skin redness. The salts Urea (10%), Lactic Acid (10%), Propylene Glycol (10%), Liquid Paraffin (10%) are involved in the preparation of Moisturex Soft Cream.
