It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of bacterial infections of brain , allergic conditions, allergic itching of the whites of the eye. It has some side effects such as Brain disorders,Burning sensation after drug administration,Breathlessness,Chest tightness. The salts Loteprednol, Tobramycin are involved in the preparation of Lotetob S Drops.
