It has some side effects such as Condition where the nasal cavity is filled with a significant amount of mucus fluid,Anaphylactic reactions which may manifest as sudden,Cough,Breathlessness. The salts Bromhexine, Guaifenesin, Salbutamol are involved in the preparation of Kofnil Expectorant.
