Ecomycin Injection is a Injection manufactured by STAR PLUS PHARMA. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of bacterial infection that spreads from animals to people, eye infections and gut infection, infections with severe watery diarrhea . It has some side effects such as Alteration of thyroid hormone levels,Anorexia,Bulging of fontanelle,Allergic skin reaction. The salts Oxytetracycline are involved in the preparation of Ecomycin Injection.
