Cocid DSR Tablet

Cocid DSR Tablet is a Tablet manufactured by TALENT HEALTH. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of difficulty in swallowing , belching and heavy bloating, back flow of acid from stomach. It has some side effects such as Abnormal heart rhythm,Atrophic gastritis,Arrhythmias,Abnormal milk discharge from breast. The salts Domperidone, Pantoprazole are involved in the preparation of Cocid DSR Tablet.
